Pain Days After Fillings?

My DDS told me that she has drilled deep. But she filled it up. 4 days later (today) my tooth would not stop aching. It hurts soo bad. Its not only the tooth that i got filling on that hurts, the following 3 teethes ache for no reason. someone Help. I have taken Advil. It calmed it down a bit but still hurts extremely. I have called for a emergency appointment but before i go i want to know possible problems.
