Fingerstyle Guitarist aka Plucking?

Is there some kind of add on pick attached to the fingers to make the sound come out more natural? Im using a yamaha clical guitar with nylon strings and i notice people like Sungha Jung's Kiss From A Rose has this kind of metallic sound though I'm pretty sure it's clical guitar. So I'm guessing it's the pluck attached to his fingers. Can someone give me some infomation regarding this? Thanks a doz.
