Need to get a CDL! Please respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

My husband needs to get his CDL to work for a company on a military base in so. Cali. Currently we are in Hemet, ca which is 40 miles or so from San Bernardino and Riverside. The job he wants is in Barstow, ca. Does anyone live around these areas and know of a good driving school or anyone that can or might help. He just needs the CDL with haz-mat. He will not actually be driving a truck he will be fueling helicopters and driving equipment.
