How much should I spend on an NYC Chinatown "Cartier" watch?

I live in the NYC area, and I'm going to take a trip to Chinatown to buy some gifts for relatives. I don't have much experience with haggling with the vendors, so I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with purchasing replica watches in Chinatown. I'd like to spend as little as possible, and I'd like to know the typical "basement" price for a "Cartier" watch... the lowest they will go, in other words. Yea yea, I know... "go buy a real one."
