Brie cheese! Its moldy! Im scared!! Help!?

Throw it out. Cutting the rotten spot off cheese only works when it is a hard cheese like cheddar, and even then you have to cut at least and inch and a 1/2 off to be sure. Throw this away. Do not eat it. There is a very good chance you could get sick from it.
