Work injury....need help?

feel at wotk , floor was wet, and slippery, and torn my (mcl) i have 5 wihtness , and im not getting 20 hrs a week, cant make it like this, what should i do? get a lawer. and due? ,,it was there faul the floor was wet with no sighns around at all, you tell me...ps this is in south carolina.
