What's the best makeup to cover up dark circles?

try concealor i have the same thing and im only 13 it works but go for a medium tone it usually works with your skin colour or try a mineral powder you can get them in boots and theyre 5 pounds so not to expensive but cheap ? concealor =) hope it works :D
