If they already knew about it, people must dial the wrong number all the time. I'm shocked they wouldn't change that, it's pretty gross. Especially when it's moms calling in and then they get that. I bet they get tons of complaints. I would write a complaint to headquarters. Or possibly there is a place on the website to send complaints? I complained to a Panera via Online as well as Ben and Jerry's and they both emailed me back within a couple days and mailed me checks.
