Fable 3 quest glitch, "The Pen is Mightier...". Help?

Well, I grabbed the quest to go to a cavern and get a book in Mistpeak after handing 5 books in. The cavern is Chillbreath Caverns, but I've got this weird glitch that only happens on this quest. The golden trail isn't showing so I've got no clue where to go. Also I entered the Mistpeak Monorail Station to use my key that you got in the quest, and a strange thing happened. The golden trail appeared and led me to the elevator. I was like "okay, let's just go down there and do this stuff", and when I got down the trail led me back to the elevator, but I went trough that door which I went down for in the first place and up the elevator again. When I got back up the elevator the trail would have led me into the elevator again, so I just went out from the station again, and the trail disappeared. I've also tried to change quest and back again but it doesn't fix it. If you don't know how to fix the bug could you maybe explain or give a link somewhere to show how to get to the book? Thanks.
