BYB's. Overcrowding shelters, excessive breeding.....?

Well since you are giving me great powers, I choose to give every kid a dog and prevent the excessive crowding of jails. In a perfect world, every dog would be loved, and every child would have loving nurturing parents. Maybe if kids had dogs to love them, suicide wouldn't be the third cause of death for teenagers. There is no magical answer to your question, you can't explain logic to a narcissistic person. In their mind they are right and the world is all wrong, in their mind they have a right to breed dogs. It is like trying to punish a drunk driver, it is a good theory, it just doesn't work. We have tons of laws on the books and no one enforces them. We can't seem to enforce a leash law, we won't be able to enforce a breeding law.
